I've got a Citi Dividend I downgraded to a few months ago. Looking to try and find a way to max it out this Q4. Looking at another Citi MasterCard I have, my local SM coded as Miscellaneous / Specialty Retail Stores when I bought in Jan 2016. Assuming its still the same, sounds like this might work for department stores?
