I received an email from Tracfone about a new prepaid visa card. It looks like bluebird and others. If you;re a mobile customer they have low fees.

I just signed up at securecashcard.com. I'll be waiting to get more information. It looks issued by thebancorp bank.

Anyone else heard of this?

Can take "cash loads" according to T&C and has some sort of online bp. Could be a contender.
