800-950-5114. Non-US agents are, as of at least August 15, 2015, able to do debit card payments. If they resist, ask for a US agent.
Please do not report that debit payments do not work over the phone, they do! Hang up and call again (HUCA) until you get someone capable.

The same thing can be done in a Citi branch, but you do not swipe the debit card or enter any PIN, so it seems likely that the same cards do/don't work in branch as over the phone.
The name on the debit card must match the name on the account. You can be an authorized card holder (they'll ask the name of the primary). You can also pay off Citi Business credit cards (only attempted as primary cardholder). Limit of one payment per debit card per account per day.

Just chiming in to say that FIA is still definitely issued by Bank of America. It's a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America.

The Fidelity credit card is no longer issued by FIA. It's issued by Elan Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Bank. Fidelity and FIA are completely different.

DP. I have tried this first time. I was able to make payments with NWBUXX to both of my cards AA and Prestige without any issues. Worked like a charm.

Which cards does FIA still service? I just did a cursory search, and until now never fully realized FIA stood for something other than "FIdelity Amex"...

Anyone know if USB/Elan take debit card payments over the phone? Have a feeling that's where most of my spend is going to go after my Forward retention offer is up...

I was under the impression that, with the loss of the Fidelity accounts, BofA was able to merge the remaining FIA portfolio with its own branded cards, i.e., FIA is no more.

Just tried to pay my Citi Hilton with OV - no go, they said the card was rejected and to contact the bank. Not even an authorization is showing on onevanilla.com for that card .

I tried a random collections number I found too. No dice, said they couldn't process a payment because my account was current.
