Funding new bank/CU account(s) with a credit card
I just opened a new account at a credit union that allows funding via CC to checking/savings accounts. I tried $2500 on my Chase Ink Plus MC. It went through as a purchase.
Anyone else use this method to meet spending requirements? I'm sure there have been threads on this type of manufactured spending, but I haven't seen anything in quite a while around here on this method specifically.

Yes, thanks to Marie Laveau, the voodoo queen of New Orleans, this technique lives on after it was declared dead and buried in the ground. But we don't speak of reanimation on the board because zombie opportunities are fragile and fall apart easily. The opportunities cannot survive goldrushing and the traffic generated by subsequent blogging. Typically they are referenced by aliases and distributed by PM. Some opportunities are very limited. They range from about $50 to $5,000 per one time deposit. Many cards will produce a cash advance fee. Chase cards are the rare exception to the cash advance fees.

Spill the beans on what? I gave no specifics, purposefully. Also, this isn't a NEW concept. This has been around for quite some time.
ETA: Matter of fact, this was posted on FWF as well. Not by me, but apparently word got out, and since it was posted there, I saw no harm in posting about the concept here.

You're spreading the awareness here to thousands more people...
To my fellow mourners: Milking season is over.
PS: I'm out of here as well
