I was doing bill pays for a while. Got shut down by them, and was kinda a PITA getting my money back, ala netspend.

Was wondering about it since it seems easier to load them given how easy it is to find green dots at cvs. And was thinking about using them just for the bill pay feature.

how do you sign up for silver account? On their website I only see option to get gold. Do I need to get the card in grocery store?

the silver is hard to find on the website but that is how I got mine. Have not seen them in stores
