Paypal MyCash $500 daily load limit resets after 12:00am EST
Paypal MyCash $4000 per calendar month load limit resets after 3:00am EST
An additional $4000 per month can be loaded using Greendot Moneypaks. See the Moneypak thread for issues with these. Limit purchases to no more than 2 x $500 at a time.
To get a live PayPal MyCash representative, call 1-855-721-5035, press 1 to all the voice prompts until it asks you for your PIN, and then press 0#, 0#, and 0#.
If you are getting error code 26 when loading MyCash to your account:

- Login to Paypal on a computer, not phone
- Go to settings (it is the gear)
- Choose selling tools on the left
- Scroll down to: Block payments -- Limit payments, add instructions, and more -- and choose update
- On the page "Payment Receiving Preferences" select the first radio button, "For the items not sold on eBay, Only allow payments from the users with confirmed address."
- Be sure that NO is chosen
- Save and you are done

I am having the same problem, when I check my activity, it is only broken down by calendar month, no statements with diff time frames like other banks, so I think paypal's system is just f'd up.
I have $2500 of paypal cash cards waiting to join my paypal business debit mastercard!!!

I've had a Paypal account since 2000, and a Paypal business debit card on the account since they first started offering it.
Are you guys doing some sort of cash card reloading, or something else? I get 1.5% back on purchases, but that's it.

I was hoping for a phone number on the card side.
I can call PayPal, but it'll get a little complicated since the account is technically in my wife's name.
But I kinda think the problem is on the Incomm side, not the PayPal side.

Haven't used anything but VRs with pp^2. What might be some good places for GD and PP Cash? Groceries? And are they still counted towards the $15K lifetime funding?

Been in the game a long time, PayPal is sort of the final frontier for me. I have never used PP for any ff stuff -- just always heard way too many bad stories, like one little mistake and your banned and your moneys tied up for months.
I'm thinking of making the jump sooner or later, but I definitely want to have stuff together before I do so that I don't make any n00b mistakes.
Anyone have any suggestions on some PayPal aficionados that I could PM to get me started?

get a business paypal debit (1% back on signature purchases)and use it make many normal payments so paypal sees you as a normal user, send money to a spouse/friend rather than just sending the money to your checking. Buy MO at walmart with pin.

This is the latest error I got on paypal.com/cash. I def have a US account, I think I have left the country twice in my whole life. Site is broken. I just got my month end paypal debit cash back statement, first time I received such an email. So maybe the month is not calendar month?

Agreed. About 5 years ago I stupidly logged into my account from a computer in Brazil - PP locked the account and it took months to get access again. Its been said over and over on this board but especially with regard to PP - do not play the game if you can't float the money.

Hey guys,
Its definitely a rolling calender.
Data points:
11/2/12: 500 (first evever paypal cash tranasaction)
11/6/12: 500
11:14/12: 500
11/30/12: 500
12/5/12: 500
12/12/12 = 500
12/17/12 = 476.35
12/20/12 = 500
12/21/12 = 500
Now on 1/04/13 available monthly limit is: 1523.65 (which was not available yesterday)
Can someone do the analysis on this. I just got to work and cant do the analysis.
