The times they are a'changing at other luxury hotels too. The Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead will close October 1. No plans to reopen.

Goodmorning2U - my favorite restaurant in Orlando (not that I have dined at all that many) is Rangetsu on I-Drive. It is a branch of a restaurant in Tokyo. A couple of real Japanese sushi chefs - many fish flown in from Japan (and local Florida fish as well). Nice looking place too. It is expensive for I-Drive - but a bargain compared to the rest of the world. Robyn

I have been in dialogue with the Concierges at the Ritz Carlton and Peninsula regarding our forthcoming stay. I must say that I have been overwhelmingly underwhelmed by the Peninsula Concierge team. The Ritz Carlton Head Concierge, in contrast, has been incredible and I have ended up relying on him to get our trip planned out.

I truly hope that this initial disappointment will not be indicative of our stay at the Pen.

Well I have mailed Trump Chicago 3 times - twice to the eAttacheService address given on my booking confirmation and once to reservations. I have yet to receive a single reply after several weeks!

I have the same fear that my experience bodes ill for our stay at Trump. In fact I am seriously considering cancelling.
