The PH offers one-way car service in a Town Car, within a 2 mile radius, from 7:00am to 10:30am and 6:00pm to 9:30pm.

The Trump will have to wait until next time....
All great properties, interested to hear your comparisons.

My (awesome) Virtuoso TA was able to secure time of booking upgrades at the Pen (from Superior to Deluxe) and at the RC (from Dlx FS Exec Suite to Superior LV suite) which is absolutely superb. The FS could not confirm an upgrade at time of booking but both he and myself will be working on this to see what can be done a little closer to the date.

I am excited by this and look forward to sharing my experiences with all here on this board.

I am also open to meeting with local FTers while I am in Chicago!!

Please let me know if I can help with any restaurant, sightseeing, etc. My wife and I live in the loop and I have a number of clients, colleagues and friends in town pretty frequently. While I may be partial, I think you will enjoy Chicago.

Thanks...
I decided to stay at the Four Seasons Chicago over Labor Day. Overall, it was very nice. The lobby is beautiful and the room was very nice. The only restaurant that was open was the conservatory. It was unexpected that Seasons Restaurant and The Café were closed. The spa, in my opinion, was on the small size. The carpet in the spa and the gym seems old and stained. They should replace them. The pool was beautiful but very cold.

This is because the RC Chicago is not managed by Ritz Carlton but, as Kagehitokiri has shown above, is managed by Four Seasons.

Did you ask why the restaurants were closed (we very much enjoyed our meal at Seasons last year)? FWIW - I was thinking of going to the FS Palm Beach for my birthday last weekend - but the hotel was unable to say whether or not the main restaurant would be open. So I went shopping in Orlando instead (and dined at my favorite restaurant in Orlando). Robyn

Robyn,
I did not asked why the restaurants were closed. I assumed that low occupancy was a factor. Thanks for asking.
