This is pushing it a bit in terms of being one of the 'best' Four Seasons promos, but it may be useful to some...
The Four Seasons Las Vegas has a 1-night special on Sunday, September 27. Regular rates start at $249 for a 1-night stay on that evening, but their special is only $229, and it includes 2 tickets to the Britney Spears Concert. (Sort of funny that they are lowering their rate if you agree to take a pair of concert tickets off their hands.)
Two tickets from TicketMaster are running $131.05, so if you were planning on buying a couple tickets to the concert, this is a decent deal. Otherwise, the $20 savings for the room alone may not be worthwhile since FSPP amenities are not available with this promo.

Do they take anything else off if you promise them that you will actually go to the concert, as opposed to just throwing out the tickets?

The promo doesn't offer much else. I had thought that if they mailed the tickets ahead of time, that StubHub could help subsidize the cost of the room. Unfortunately, the tickets are kept at Will Call for guests to pick up directly from the box office.
7th is more expensive because of "Preferred seating for up to two people at the Encounter with Stradivari in front of David by Michelangelo concert " but it also includes "After-concert standing dinner buffet for two in the Palazzo Tornabuoni" which is the residence club that FS now manages. presumably dinner would be in club lounge, which acts as a restaurant as well, for owners only.
oh wait, i missed an addition of low season rates i think.. WOW - they include thanksgiving, XMAS, NYE.
superior - €295 (vs €500)
dlx - €350 (vs €600)
prem - €450 (vs €700)
there are also XMAS/NYE packages that include meals.

The Four Seasons Westlake Village may not have the most desirable location for leisure trips, however they are offering some decent deals:
Stay 2, Get 1
This is not a novel offer, per se, but what caught my attention was that if you arrive on a Friday for a 3-night stay, the nightly rates ends up averaging out to only $156 per night.
Double the Fun
Includes all of the following 2-for-1 offers.
Complimentary Hotel charges for the second person in the room, applicable to food and beverage charges and to services in the Spa or California Health & Longevity Institute
Complimentary Hotel charges for the second person in the room must be of equal or lesser value than the charges for the first person in the room. Excludes special events, alcohol, taxes and gratuities.
Programs: AC*E, SPG*P, Hyatt Diamond,HH*G, IC Plat AMB

I am sure this was mentioned quite awhile ago but it is worth mentioning again -- certain FS properties have the Spa Escape package which includes some value-added benefit for paying with an AMEX card.
At the FS Whistler and FS Chicago, if you book a 55 minute treatment and pay for with your AMEX, you will be upgraded to a 80 minute treatment at no extra charge. I happened upon these when I was looking up Spa info for forthcoming stays at these properties.
Four Seasons Resort Biltmore Santa Barbara has a couple of decent offers at the moment:
Offer #1: Stay 2, Get 1 (Rates start at $266.67/nt after the discount. Deluxe rooms start at $366.67/nt)
Offer #2: (FSPP Exclusive) Guaranteed upgrade to a Suite at time of booking through December 31, 2009. Valid when booking a Deluxe Room at published rates for a minimum two-night stay from Sunday through Thursday in October and all week November and December, excluding holidays.
In other words, assuming one can combine the two offers, a suite that that normally starts at $596.67/nt (when using the Stay 2, Get 1 promo) can be had for $366.67. Standard FSPP amenities would be included, however I'm not sure if the free high-speed internet would apply to the suite upgrade. (Probably not a deal breaker.)

For the month of November, the Four Seasons Jackson Hole has Regular Rates from only $175/nt, valid any night of the week. In other words, one can snag the $175 rate for one-night stays -- no multi-night package necessary.
