Four Seasons Bali Jimbaran bay or Bvlgari Hotel
We have narrowed it down to the above two hotels in Bali? Any input is appreciated, want ultra luxury traveling with two teenagers so plenty of space. Thank you.

Any particular reason for picking Bvlgari? Avoid it.
Also, I assume you mean Jimbaran Bay not Jumeirah.

I agree - I would avoid both. Bulgari's accommodation is very badly designed and not at all roomy, unless you take their top villa.
Jimbaran Bay is better, but is too big. The only way to really enjoy it these days is to take one of their Residences, which would work well for a family - the private pools are really large.
The Legian would be a good option, or even The Oberoi next door.

Sea Views are always top of our wish list too - the FS Jimbaran Bay is in a great spot at the end of Jimbaran Beach which is one of the better beaches on Bali - not crowded with hotels like Nusa Dua, Seminyak etc.. However if you can get a villa with plunge pool and sea view at either the Oberoi or the Legian that would be a good compromise.

Its a big Chinese brand so the main hotel is full of chinese tourist but the villas are better. Service is good, but not as polished as Aman. Still, the rate is typically under $400/night.
