I added this to the new hotels thread as well, but London at Trinity Square could be included as a confirmed new property?

FS Seoul (Oct. 15): starting rates at $379 per night for a Standard room, $464 for a Club room, and $485 for a Suite.

OPENING PROMO: 100,000 KRW credit....per day ($85 USD). Again: per day, not per stay.

Wow, so effectively $400/night for a suite. Do FSPP upgrade and breakfast benefits apply?

image of the nearly done FS Seoul. It's inset behind Sejeong Avenue (I thought it would be on the main road). they probably did this to reduce noise from 4 lane traffic on Sejeong Avenue.

There's a ton of authentic Korean eateries nearby if people want something outside of the hotel and it's still an easy walk to Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbukgung.

Not what I expected it to look like---it looks rather drab.

If it offers similar service/quality to Shilla, it might be worth a switch due to location.

Very understated. I guess that's what FS wants in Korea?

As with all Four Seasons properties, I expect it will be understatedly elegant. I wouldn't say drab at all.

I always thought it was going to be the shiny Hyundai Fire and Insurance building on Sejong Avenue itself.

+1.

It's Korea we're talking about, not Paris. I don't expect some marvelous piece of architecture. Understated outside and a Four Seasons inside: that's all I care about.
