Research on the success factor of Ritz-Carlton

Your questionaire has one big fault. You ask about RC as a brand. But itīs impossible to answer this questions because the hotels are very different.

Maybe that's indicative of the brand not being so good...since brands are supposed to mimic consistency regardless of locale. RC HKG being amazing vs. RC Amelia Island being like a Courtyard Inn leads me to believe RC isn't a good brand.

Which brand has only good hotels? (Donīt accept Aman as anwer)

Lol re: Aman.

Some brands do a better job than others. None are perfect.

RC is exceptionally egregious - in my opinion - WRT to keeping a consistent brand. They're ALL over the place.
