We stayed at the FS-Park Lane earlier this year. They had two cars on duty at peak times. I was able to get it when I needed it all but once. (That one time was the time I chivalrously let a lady go in front of me through the door...and she took the last car!)
While the vehicles were in good condition, I found the quality of the vehicles to be weak (no fault of the hotel). Regardless of the quality of the vehicle, it is nice to have a couple of house cars available for quick runarounds. Of course, you can't actually rely on them, due to the first-come, first-serve nature of the service.
One highlight...I was on the receiving end of some fun jest from former colleagues (who are good friends) when I got out of the car at a meeting we were both going to (they arrived in a taxi).
