Luxury Spa/Pilates/Yoga in Europe
I am looking for a luxury spa or yoga/pilates retreat in Europe for a 3 -4 night stay in May or June. It would need to be within around 2 hours flight time from London.
In terms of specifics:
- good accommodation but doesn't need to be absolutely stellar;
- serious treatments (ie, not just posh massages);
- proper pilates or yoga available (ie, not just a member of staff getting people to stretch a bit);
- not the UK due to unreliable weather.
A couple of places come to mind straight away:
- L'Alberetta
- Sha Wellness (but I have heard criticisms of the exercise classes as being very basic).
Does anyone have any thoughts? There are some great places out there that only do week long stays (I think this is the case for Mayer and More in Switzerland), and so are ruled out.
Many thanks

Having been at Schloss Elmau three times, I would also vote for that:
- Fantastic location between high mountains
- 3 swimming pools
- very good yoga and pilates offerings
- good spa with very well trained staff
- 90 mins by car from Munich Airport
