To be specific, a Club room at the Intercontinental. The club there is very nice and exclusive and the service is properly personal and luxurious. Also the gym and pool/spa on the 43rd and 44th floor are quite nice.

I would say Marriott Bristol. Great rates and location. Pretty good rooms but service is like everywhere in Poland (and eastern Europe for that matter) pretty shakey. Expect to ask for everything at least three times before anything gets done.
Anyway, I was happy with my stay at the Bristol and can recomend it.
Kind regards

Have stayed at several of the better places in Warsaw and think the Intercontinental wins the game hands down. Ask for a room facing the Palace of Science for a great view at night. Service was spot-on and the rooms and bath were large and lux. I'm very picky and was impressed. The Bristol is special but was tired not long ago and seemed in need of renovation. If it is fresh from a reno, it would be my second choice, otherwise I'd only go for the Interconti and if you don't splurge for club floor, ask for high floor with Palace of Science view and enjoy!

The Intercontinental is comfortable enough - and is probably the best option in Warsaw - but it definitely would not be deemed a luxury hotel by this forum, especially in terms of hotel fittings or service. I stayed in a suite on the Club Floor last year and the memory is not yet dim on this one and doesn't compare well with some of the better Intercontinentals, like Paris.
