Madrid Hotel Openings and refurb

just wondering when the Ritz gets its refurb
and when the Four Seasons opens in Madrid?

I have tried to return to the Ritz several times but it is in such sad shape I wind up at the Westin. Unfortunately, there are not any really great hotels in Madrid.

Apparently, the biggest problem with Madrid hotels is getting all the permissions. It is a particularly difficult city in this respect, which is why MO The Ritz is so delayed, but I hear that they are slowly coming through, so they should be able to start in the next few months.

I suspect the same is true of the FS!
