What happened to the Four Seasons offers page? It used to list all 3rd/4th NF offers across all their properties. Now it needs to be looked for every property individually. No big deal, minor hassle.
Also, when I look at 3/4 NF offers, lot of times it says the dates are not available. How is one supposed to know the blackout dates for these offers?

I have been able to negotiate away min requirements for past clients based on various variables at the time of booking. Most of time, it's a hard policy, though.
So, you or your TA may be able to get you out of the min night requirements based on your needs and which hotel you're considering.

Have not been, yet, but was looking into it for clients few weeks ago. I believe it's still coming online, incrementally. I believe the residence buildings on both sides are also still under construction.
