Also, when I look at 3/4 NF offers, lot of times it says the dates are not available. How is one supposed to know the blackout dates for these offers?
Just a guess, maybe an intentional change to purposely drive traffic to FSPPs (since they, in theory, have that info more readily handy)?

It'll be awesome if they can expand into Rio as well.

Good question Shangri-La, I believe it's a new property.

Located on sandy site that stepped down to the Mediteteran Sea and north of the ancient ruins of Carthage in Tunisia, the Four Seasons hotel is currently under construction.

Could someone recommend a Four Seasons Preferred Partner benefit Travel agent that could help me book Four Seasons Kyoto in June? My regular travel agent has resigned and I'm looking for someone new to work with . Please PM me. Thanks

Thank! I didn't realize they weren't opening a property in Tunis when I went to their website today and say it.

As this will be over winter holiday season, if it's closer to end of December then it will most likely have min nights requirement.

I have been able to negotiate away min requirements for past clients based on various variables at the time of booking. Most of time, it's a hard policy, though.

So, you or your TA may be able to get you out of the min night requirements based on your needs and which hotel you're considering.

Have not been, yet, but was looking into it for clients few weeks ago. I believe it's still coming online, incrementally. I believe the residence buildings on both sides are also still under construction.
