William Heinecke "Mr Thailand" owns all the Four Seasons & Marriotts in Thailand and also operates Anantara in Thailand and now worldwide. Part of his Minor Group of companies.

I believe it's the Sibuet family that owns Les Fermes de Marie as well as other properties in Megčve (and elsewhere in France). The Rothschild family properties are on the Mont d'Arbois.

Thomas and Raymond Kwok of Hong Kong own the Four Seasons (and the entire IFC complex for that matter) and the Ritz Carlton (and the entire ICC) in Hong Kong. The brothers are also very active investors in PRC.
