I was on a flight with Jerome Boateng but didn't know who he was until a person in the business pointed him out to me.
Those wearing the boss's rank are often worse than the boss, but being a celeb is not a requirement to make demands like a proverbial prima-donna. I've had plenty of celebs seated next to or near me, but I've not noticed a higher or lower tendency of throwing a fit over food to correlate with fame level.
The PR handlers, publicists, PAs are ALWAYS, ALWAYS the worst. Any high profile person that I've worked with for the most part have been really mellow, relaxed and no fuss.
It's their yappy PR girl who will be on a set making a fuss over nothing. To think the hooplah we had over the Caesar salad coming with bleu cheese was for the talent when it turned out it was for...HER.

I'm not sure if "frequent" .... but three times (in last 3-4 years) I arrived in FCT after landing from US and told he had just left the FCT and boarded a US-bound flight that same morning.

Boris Becker in 2F on LH1729 yesterday - not surprising as he was at the Novak Djokovic Foundation event in Belgrade the night before.
He wasn't in the lounge before the flight and just sat at the gate among everybody else waiting for the boarding to start.

Indian film actress Priyanka Chopra in F on LH 764 from MUC-BOM yesterday. She is now the lead actress in the new ABC series "Quantico". Because of that, must be doing quite a few trips between LA and BOM. Only she and her assistant in entire First Class.
