Process for lodging complaint with Austrian Airlines
My girlfriend flew Austrian Airlines in June and ran into mechanical problems while still on the ground here in Canada (it was Austrian Airlines metal). As a result, her travel plans were completely changed and she was a day late in reaching her destination. What is the best means of lodging this complaint with Austrian Airlines? Is it via the e-form online? Or with a paper copy of the complaint? If this is the case, could someone advise where to forward the complaint?
