Where will LH be taking you for Christmas? 2016 edition

It's that time of the year again:

Where will LH (group) be taking you for Christmas?

Nowhere. I've booked an airline that is less likely to strike and more likely to get me there hassle-free.

If I would have booked them, they probably would keep me on the ground again... Booked EY instead

They will (or should, rather) take me home to GDN from GRZ tonight (believe it or not), rest is all on SK for the usual PL-UK-PL weekly commute

No where. Since we have to drive 2 hours to our departing airport (FRA), we didn't want to risk cancellations. Booked on AC.

If the pilots decide to come to work, they will be flying me home from Frankfurt as the last leg of my Southeast Asia journey. I look forward to getting my Christmas rubber duck .

Nothing on LH. I have about 8 sectors on AB coming up, including ZRH-DUS for Christmas (then DRS, GVA, TXL, JFK and MIA - seemed to get lucky with my timing, what with the LH strikes!)

Going to California on Dec 25, celebrating European Christmas with family on the evening of Dec 24th and then again American Christmas with family in the US on the evening of the 25th. Would suck if the pilots ruined our plans, but doubt they will be stupid enough to go on strike around Xmas.

And where are you going Rambuster?

Well it was to SIN but I've rebooked on Singapore Airlines due to LH strikes as I want to get there. LH lost two F fares.

Touch wood, from Bogota to Berlin for a few nights on 12th, and then home to London with Eurowings on 16th. Maybe Rudolph can step in if they decide to strike again, although as I understand it (and I don't want to jinx things!) they tend to avoid the holiday season.
