LOT Cancellation Fee
I called LOT and unable to get a definitive answer. The first person I spoke can't find the tariff rule and said that she'll call me back. That was 2 days ago. Spoke with someone day and after a long hold, she said that the ticket will retain 5 or 10% percent of the ticket price but can't tell me for certain. Fare basis LPRO167L. There was a very minor schedule change (earlier departure of 10 minutes). Anyone know what the cancellation fee for this?

The fare basis doesn't make sense, LO doesn't use the booking class 'L'. What date of departure is this for? When was the ticket purchased?

LOT does use the L fare class, most prominently for their 'Crazy wednesday' promo. LCRAZY is the full fare usually.
