Booking Asiana flight using M&M
Hello,
I've problem with booking Asiana flight using my M&M. I see that there are seats for flight HKG-ICN-HNL for 1.01 (I can see in ANA Milleage Club and ExpertFlyer) but when I'm calling to M&M neither in German or in Poland they are telling me that they doesn't have seats for this flight.
What I can do more to book this flight?

When you call the agent, are you saying "I would like to fly from HKG to HNL on this day", or are you saying "I would like OZ123 and OZ456"? Sometimes you really have to feed the flights to the agent.
Also, the availability you see is for the whole itinerary, or for HKG-ICN and ICN-HNL separately? It might be a married segment issue.
FWIW, I can't see any availability for HKG-HNL on AC.

I was asking about connection from HKG to HNL, tomorrow I'll try to talk with agent about airport codes.
According whole itinerary I see in ANA Milleage Club that availability is for the both flights.
I don't know what I can do more, if airport codes won't work..

For me it's very strange that you don't see this availability. I can see that there are seats in Y for OZ724 and OZ232. Of course i mean award seats.
There screen are from ANA Milleage Club and from another tool to check availability.
There are both showing error?

I just checked as well and expertflyer shows award seats for the flights/dates you mention indeed. I am not familiar with OZ at all but maybe this is OZ only and they do not release those to other *A members? In any case, I would call and mention the specific flights you are looking for as suggested before.
