Germanwings Website (vent)
The Germanwings website doesn't seem to want my money.
I'm trying to change a 4U flight because I've had to change my plans and I'm having no end of problems.
The flight change isn't a problem, it's when I try to pay the change fee. I put my card numbers in, hit OK and got told it had been declined. No idea why since the card is paid off. I tried again, same result. I tried to put my IBAN in, clicked OK and nothing happened. Scrolled up and the IBAN field had been cleared. Tried again with the same result.
Same with PayPal.
Tried with IE instead of Chrome. Same result.
So I called up the Bank, what's going on? There were no attempted transactions by 4U.
I had the same experience a month ago, ended up having to call the call centre and have them do it.
