As was custom last year, please post any question/ideas you may have for the participants in this thread and the attendees will try to pose the questions at the event.

In order to get an honest response from the management, the responses may not be published in writing here, but participants will get in touch with the OP and convey the response they got.

So fire away!

Are there any plans to reverse elements specifically designed to alienate loyal customers, e.g.

- upgrade by booking class, not by status
- reduced mileage earnings even for rather expensive tickets S and up, combined with 100k for *G

HTB.

+1 on the questions above. I'd also like to hear a few words on LH's hostile policy towards TK and the ridiculous 25% status miles rule.

Just one thing to keep in mind: Experience from last year shows that the evening allows for every participant to ask 1-2 questions, so there won't be sufficient time to ask each and every question posted here.

However, bringing up your issues here in this thread should allow all participants to see what the most pressing questions from the community are, so feel free to add your "+1" to questions already posted as this is indeed helpful.

That was already answered last year, they see TK as one of their biggest competitors now, despite the fact that they're both in the same alliance.

- Are they planning on making changes with respect to Senator lounge access for *G members ( something similar to what has been speculated on earlier; that they might "enhance" it to Business lounge access only ) ?

Where do they stand in the process of providing improved service for HON ?
And what exactly will it entail?

It seems like interest in questions have faded compared with previous gatherings with the execs . That in itself should be a good message to bring them.

Why is the old guy in the picture of the first post smiling?
What's there to smile about?

Maybe someone from LH just asked him: 'how come you continue to book J & Y on regional flights even though you bitterly complain about it on FT'

Is it a picture of where this year's Kamingespräch takes place? Last year's venue was nice but nothing as plush as the photo suggests.

Maybe he is the head of the design department for the NEK seat, and the picture is taken right after he was told that it would be installed on the LH fleet...

I wonder what's in his glass

When LH decided to cut earnings in Economy down to half what they used to be last year, they promised some serious enhancement (original meaning, not what it means here) for status level holders - is there still something coming here, or are the printed Status Stars (LOL) on the cards or the Lounge Voucher for the SEN lounge for SEN after 135k miles () all that was planned?
