Rebooking [a SN ticket]

Hi,
I don't know If I am in the correct place, sorry If not.
I bought a flight with Brussels airlines and by personal issues I can not flight.
When you check the fare policy for my flight:
http://quicktrip.brusselsairlines.co...sMYBUser=false
It seems that I can change the flight for different dates, no?
I have call the company several times but the denied me his option.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Can you give us more details? Flight number and fare class would be a good start.

There are seasonality restrictions in this fare, so it will depend on when you want to fly instead.
What reason did SN give you? An outright "No"?
