Nope, but Lufthansa miles are better alternative than other program miles
You can't transfer them...but i've found that I'd rather save my mile sin my Amex and UR and AA accounts and spend the lufthansa miles instead.
The 50k miles area good deal. Thats almost 3 1st class one way tix domestic.
I actually used the points on a round trip to hawaii. Also, as a data point if anyone is interested, I got approved with nearly 8 inquiries the day before. So they may have really become loose on who they accept!!!
Albeit my credit score was mid 700s.
