New LH/SN codeshare partner: BMI Regional

After SN codesharing with BM on NCL-BRU, it's now LH on BRS-FRA/MUC, starting next week.

I'm one BRS based SEN-card-holding flier who's happy to be back on the LH map. Well done to BM and LH for finally tying the knot, 6 years after LH quit BRS in a bit of a hurry.

Would be nice if a LH coded, BM operated flight could earn miles on M&M.

Maybe LH should buy BM.

Anything that helps BMI Regional is welcome. The disappearance of BMI was unfortunate and Regional is the only remnant of it.

Anyone knows how the flights are treated with Miles&More? Milage Earning? Status Perks?

Miles - nope
Status perks - nope

Unfortunately, bmi regional isn't a member of Star Alliance, nor a Miles and More partner, so no benefits at all (other than being able to hop off at BRS and only be 20 minutes from home). (That may not apply to you )

I hope it works out for bmi. They're a good bunch, and it's such a benefit for us to have an alternative to going via AMS or BRU (shudder).

(Strangely, I know a few people who will really appreciate being able to fly BRS-FRA-INN all year round)
