Question for those that have booked online, when I visit the Avis link, it gives a price of
306,27 EUR. Is that normal and it is adjusted to the correct price at the counter, or is something not working properly on the website and I should just try to book from the lounge? Thanks

Dan

I got the same 306 EUR quote following the Avis link for a JAN-17 reservation at FRA. HAs the price gone up to 99 EUR per hour?

I had the same issue and called the special Avis booking number last night. She was surprised of the issue and asked for screenshots, which I emailed her. She later got back with a completed reservation for me and said the rate had somehow expired, but that they have now updated it.

I just checked the online booking link and it's now down to 99.91 EUR.

Can Avis detect whether this is an award flight? Because in June, I was on an award flight in F and it was quoting me the 306EUR.

No, when I booked the rental I was traveling on an award ticket. As far as I recall, they don't require a PNR or anything like that anyway at the time of reservation.

So it seems Avis online site is broken as always and the phone number is dead.
Great

Just managed to submit reservation for JAN-2017 at 99 EUR for 3 hours. Will report back if car is confirmed. Avis asked for credit card deposit.

Great
I experienced the same issues when I took advantage of this offer last month, Big_Foot. It worked out in the end but the reservation process is cumbersome.

Link doesn't seem to work.
Still waiting for an answer from LH for several weeks - their websites are down and I have no idea whether this can still be booked.

My friend and I just completed the 3 hour rental out of MUC. When we first arrived at the counter all they had was two Porsche Macans. The agent was doing up the paperwork and a coworker came up to him and said two 911's just came ready. One was a C4 and the other a C4S. Both Black on Black with low KM's. He put our names on both so we could switch cars.

The best 100 Euros I ever spent.
