Question about taxes being refunded for a refundable ticket
I am on the phone with Chase Travel and they are telling me that the taxes on the refundable ticket I am cancelling are not refundable. Can that be right? It is an intra Europe flight n LH

Taxes and fees are refundable even on non-refundable tickets. What might not be refundable is ticketing fees charged by Chase Travel.
