Are the discounted Europe-USA Y to C upgrade awards for flights on LH metal only (or also for LX-operated flights)?

As it says on the homepage (link in post #1):

■Mileage Bargains are only valid for flights from/to Germany operated by Lufthansa and include a connecting flight within Germany; code-share flights are excluded.

No offers from LH & Co yet, but Condor has really ramped up:

30k to US and Africa is not bad... interesting is that Condor is supposedly bookable online...

I am still waiting for LH & Co .... I hope they will offer something interesting soon in Europe.

The new ones were just loaded: jaw dropping 5k for selected long list of EU destinations, BEY, TLV and Reykjavik for 10k. ^

Some of those Condor bargains look pretty attractive (not my cup of tea, but certainly would be of interest to some of my friends). Do you happen to know how much YQ M&M charges on Condor flights?
