They weren't there yesterday, I was told the 'X-mas ducks' would arrive on Sunday. Will check on Sunday and hope that they are not too limited edition..

If you are not fortunate enough to travel through the FCT or FCL during the festive season, Frankfurt Airport staff will distribute Christmas rubber ducks to passengers from December 18 to 20, as part of a holiday photo contest. Passengers can participate by taking amusing pictures with their rubber duck and send them to [email protected]. The three most creative Christmas photo entries will each win a camera.

I agree! (Outstanding flight FRA-EWR, too. Taittinger Comtes de Champagne and really tasty food. Each F passenger received a beautiful metal nutcracker as a gift).

Only until 20th? :-/

I'm flying BLR-FRA in F on the 24th. I hope these still have a festive duck for me in the FCL. [I only have 2.5 hours for my connection - not sure if it's worth the long walk in the cold to the FCT ]

It appears there are two types of First Class reindeer ducks. A larger one with 'Lufthansa First Class Services' and a smaller one with 'Lufthansa First Class Lounge München' on the chest.

There was no shortage of supply at FRA, the Ruducks were available at FCT and FCL B last days, will report on FCL A availability in upon my next visit a couple of days.

That's indeed an awesome duck. Does anyone know until when they'll have them "in stock"? I may have a visit at the end of June. The last few years I've almost always gotten a lame duck [no pun intended] (i.e. the plain yellow one or the dark silver one).

These are the important issues of the day...

I'm only guessing here but you should get one as I imagine they'll have enough stock to last until the end of the tournament. Maybe others can chime in with hard facts as they surely had a similar duck two years ago for the Worldcup.
