However, my sampling is too old, but I gather they haven't pulled them out in the past year or so...
Last 4 flights this summer have had working FlyNet. (Well, 1 time spotty)

Spotify and Apple Music not working on Lufthansa flights
I've tried to stream Spotify on my last 2 Lufthansa flights on Wifi and it didn't work. Apparently it's blocked.
I can't recall 100% but I think there was the same problem with Apple Music.
I'm not sure if this is intentional as I can not find any terms or restricted use on their site.
However I did try using a US based VPN service and it started working properly. So next time you want to stream some music, try a VPN service.
Given that music streams only at around a rate of 20KB/s, I don't think it impacts other users on the plane negatively.

A380 and Wi-Fi
Flying Sunday, LAX to FRA on an A380.
In searching it seems that the A380s didn't get Wi-Fi on delivery but that it's coming.
Any way to know beforehand?
Has anyone flown on an A380 with Wi-Fi?

I flew out from LAX on Sunday to FRA on the A380. FlyNet worked really well (and at times was "speedy"--not expected over the Atlantic). In fact I found it better than some of my Wi-Fi on UAL in October LAX/JFK on a ps flight.
I was able to use the PayPal discount for 24 hour access for just over $12.
Did mostly e-mail, twitter, and a small bit of Remote Desktop back to a machine in LA.

Tmobile internet on-board LH
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out if one has T-mobile service (based in the US) would qualify for the internet usage onboard an international LH flight between the US and FRA or within europe.
For example it says on there something like "Some flights you can use roaming cell phone data" which I would assume is included within t-mobiles plan where you get 3G internet in over an hundred countries around the world.
Can someone provide more info? Thanks!
