I noticed today my status has been upgraded. I signed up to the program about a week ago and now the app shows "President's Club".

Interestingly I have also received a plastic card for the basic tier. When I signed up it told me that I would have not received one. Let's see if I get a shiny presidential one

I set up a new profile with the cdp, it only enrolled me in the base plan. We'll see if I'm treated as well as you guys in a few days.

For what it's worth, my Hertz profile refuses to display PC status. It's been 8-9 days. So much for cheap status
