Oh I see! Thanks very much! I think I'm going to go for the two titles you suggested. The kochen & genießen would definitely be good to have, might end up keeping the sub going. How long do these Deutsche Leserservice promotions run for? I would assume it's just for this week, as typical of Payback. Certainly did a big spend on Summer clothing in the Kaufhof Galeria today, using the Payback AMEX card plus a 10% off voucher.

2x Miles on LX to USA
Does this apply to status Miles too?, because even the German version does not specify if this means Status and/or Prämienmeilen.

I don't think so, usually it is just the award miles. I've never seen the status miles being doubled, although thinking about it, there was some promotion a couple of years back which offered double award miles (which you could keep and spend) and double status miles (which you couldn't keep but these helped renew your status quicker). I think it was before the last round of devaluations.

The current 7000 miles award tickets for 15 european cities is interesting. If only russia wouldnt require visa it would also be useful for spontaneous longer weekend trips.

Tallinn
London
Bologna, Genoa, Milan, Rome
Riga
Amsterdam
Gdansk, Kraków
Moscow, St Petersburg
Bilbao, Madrid, Valencia

Interesting if you don't mind paying £130 tax from London! I priced up Berlin, which now requires a connection, and that was £210 tax!!

Define instantly. (Nothing will get you 2000 miles overnight.)

Find someone who used a COOP trophy card in Switzerland and will sell you his code. Each codes adds 2000 miles within 10 minutes. Cost is 34.90 CHF

Always good to be proven wrong.

I was under the impression that COOP promotions were done through Payback, which, AFAIK, takes time to transfer to M&M and has a limit of 2 transfers per year.

Can you elaborate on this or provide a source for further reading? Thanks!

You can convert coop points into miles, and that is probably slower.
These 2000 mi coupons are done online and are very quick. I enter 20 codes, log into M&M account 5 minutes later and they are already there.
