I have my credit card linked to my Parking Spot card so I can always use the express exit (the one on the far right) at any hour; it's very convenient and saves a lot of time.

I've never linked it, because I keep forgetting, but I think I should do that. Does that mean you don't pick up the paper stub upon going in? or do you still have to insert the paper stub and the parking spot card for express checkout?

You insert your card on the way in and there's no paper stub given. On the way out the only thing you do is insert your Parking Spot Card into the gate reader and it spits out a paper stub as a receipt.
This wont work if you have a paper coupon (like the 20% off one found in the in-flight magazines) or if you are redeeming an award. In such cases you have to get checked out by a human being.

Just a quick report, I used the website above and booked Airport Center parking for $9 , if its in LA city they add 10% tax, so basically $10,
they want you to print out the voucher but I did not have a printer where I was so just wrote down the voucher number,
Airport Center parking is OK, but you need to park 4th floor or higher.
And here is the tip, the elevators are at the south west corner so park near there if you have luggage, its not well marked ,
I parked far away and had to walk down the stairs , shuttle bus came within a few minutes at 4am and there are lots of yellow shuttle buses , on the return they give you a number to call but the yellow shuttle bus got there without calling in less than 10 minutes , the ticket taker did not like no printout, but imputed the voucher number and it worked ,
So all in all no problem , and I will use them again next week,
there are cheaper places listed but farther away, if I was parking longer I would check out one of the places in Inglewood which are cheaper and may not have the 10% city tax.

so all in all no big problems.....
Rally
I used the same establishment except that I booked through cheapairportparking.org. It came out to just less than $9/day with tax included. I pretty much agree with what Rally said about Airport Center Parking, but want to add that the spaces are tight.
LAX
PS: I don't get commission nor do I work there, but just thought it may be helpful to others!

Checked the other website and it was the same $8.82 price and booked Airport Center again,
Everything was fine going , but coming back at 10:30-11pm I had to wait 15 minutes plus, there were 7 others on that shuttle bus so I think everyone was waiting,
The other yellow shuttle bus from parking spot century came buy 5 times in that time and 3 times for the Sepulveda parking spot shuttle.
Used to park at the Hacianda hotel- cheaper to get a room (about $65) and use the free 7 day parking- until my car got stolen from their very large, poorly protected lot. And as per their posted signs- they are not liable

If you didn't sign a waiver, it's debatable as to whether that would actually hold up in a court of law (you never really have a chance in general to accept or deny the no liability contract, or even really read it, let alone actually sign an acceptance)...

I am not a lawyer, but I thought when establishments put these disclaimers out there, you implicitly "agree" to the terms of the waiver if you willingly engage in activities associated with that waiver. I would think the hotel's/parking lot's lawyers are very well versed in these disclaimers.

Regardless of whether it would hold up in a court of law, just having the disclaimer posted and stating that there is a disclaimer would prevent most people from ever pursuing it further, therefore making whether it would hold up in a court of law irrelevant most of the time.

I agree. However, with all those "hungry" lawyers advertising with "1-800-LAWYERS" infomercials, one would think if there is any chance of a payout, they would be all over it.

One free day parking at Park One LAX
Just mention the code word SPRING on exit and get one day free. Limited time offer advertised by street sign, not bookable online. The cashiers do not know how long it's good for.
