Van Nuys FlyAway: Covered parking on Thanksgiving morning?

I'm considering between leaving my 2001/$3k-worth car in Van Nuys FlyAway or leave it to the care of remaining family members near South Pasadena who will leave it outdoor, as their newer cars already fill the garage. My flight is Thanksgiving morning at 6 am. Trip length 10.5 days.

If I use Van Nuys, it'd be the 3:30 am bus. How likely will I find covered parking at 3 am Thanksgiving Thursday morning? If it has to be out in the sun, I'd rather not spend the $44+$14.

There is really no way to predict. Last year I picked someone up on the Saturday after Thanksgiving at VNY, and noticed the surface overflow lot of Saticoy was pretty full.
