Chances Taca will buy a US airline

I know Taca is discontinuing their AA relationship next year.

I have heard they will sign up a milate program with another airline.

What airline could this be? Could they be purchasing a whole airline?

I doubt they would be buying any US Carrier or that they could afford to. They are very similiar to AA in that you get NOTHING from them on the flight. NO Pillows, Blankets, Food (in coach you Buy a sandwich etc.) Out of NY NO full meals even in Biz! I dont think they did that cause they have soo much $$$ that they dont know what to do with it.

Dont know why they are leaving AA, or is it AA gave them the boot?

US carriers cannot be owned by foreign nationals or corporations. Richard Branson would be first in line if they could.

UA & TACA

United filed for approval of a codeshare agreement with TACA, which would include mileage plus benefits for UA fliers on TACA.
