What to do when you're bored in Las Vegas...

I know...sounds impossible, right? LOL. But as a local, sometimes, it's 7pm on a weeknight, and I don't want to gamble, and I'm looking for something to do. I know there are other Las Vegas residents here, so I'd love to hear your suggestions for some things to do that one might not normally think of for this town. Here are some of my own to get this started:

King Putt Indoor MINI GOLF.

BOWLING @one of the plethora of bowling alleys in town.

Pole Position Indoor GO-KART RACING.

Shoot some BILLIARDS at Club Charleston.

Go see a MOVIE at Galaxy Cannery (IMO, still the BEST movie theatre in Vegas!).

Play a round of NIGHT GOLF at Angel Park's Cloud Nine short course.

OK...anyone got any other ideas?? :)

Sing along....

Though I have to be at the far spectrum of boredom to be bingoing.

Sadly I've told a few people how much I enjoyed all the old (AND HUGE) Vegas pics hanging at that Fry's.

Don't take this the wrong way, but could you point out which of these might not be daytime or nighttime "safe" if you know what I mean.

There are things off the Strip that I enjoy and other areas/activities I wouldn't touch.

Beautiful sights all around -- try Red Rock, Valley of Fire, Mt. Charlston...

I'm not a LV local, but I enjoy spending time at the Pinball Museum on E Tropicana

Since most casino activities are geared around spending (lots of ;)) money (except for things like the Bellagio fountain show and conservatory, TI's Siren show, MGM's Lion Habitat, to name a few), but these give 15-20 minutes of entertainment.
(1)The Regal Theater (near MGM) is the only theater on the strip, and a movie can cost about $7 (matinee)--around 2 hrs of low cost amusement.
(2)At the back of MGM, near the monorail, they have TV shows to rate which may be aired in the feature, and they want to get viewers input.

go visit the pawn shop featured in "pawn stars" and say hi to chumlee? ;)

On our last trip out my girlfriend wanted to stop by there and see the shop since we watch the show. We got down there and the line was out the door. Being a person of limited patience for line waiting, I said screw it and we left.

Perhaps not everyone's choice, but I'd go shopping:D--There are ton's of malls around as well as the outlet center.

There are a number of places where you can give a pint of blood and be paid $50+ in cash. If you are still bored go to another one and get another $50+. Beats dropping a couple of big ones in a casino.
