The biggest announcement in my experience was a lack thereof. It was when all the inflight napkins went blank. It was a sign that they were out of the old logo stock and not going to serve "new stock" until it was ready to roll out.

There's been a lot of leaks as to how the latam livery will look like. Would this be the place to post some of it? (including some insider leaks regarding dates of official press presentation and dates of first flights using latam-painted planes)

I think that insider info is OK but I wouldn't post it in the wiki section until confirmed, just to be clear on was is released and what is not.

I guess we shoudn't, since is not an "announcement" per se, but we should definitely open a new post to discuss the horrible new livery and leaked photos. Haven't heard about dates tho.

Has the GRU-JNB flight sales acually begun? The news story I saw a couple of days ago mentioned only economy tickets open for sale and only from Brazil. Given the current state of affairs in Brazil and South Africa, is this really going to happen?

Yes. Flights are only to/from GRU/JNB, but you can book an itinerary originating elsewhere as long as you connect via GRU

The route is already up for sale (I just checked: tried SCL-JNB between Jan 19 and Jan 27 with no problems). But only -don't know why- on Y

Some people want to add info to the wiki post (I've received some PMs). Feel free to do it. I'll just try to keep the format stardart and contribute when possible, but if you come up with information, please add it following the previous posts as models.

I came up with this study lately: LATAM merger.

So, If I have a Latam Fidelidade account, I can't have a Latam Pass account? Or I will only have a Latam Fidelidade account but it will be treated as a Latam Pass account too?

Example: I book one a hotel with Rocketmiles and select to credit the miles on Latam Pass. If I insert my Latam Fidelidade number, I won't receive this points?

I updated the wiki (a bit of ordered, updated old info), and added information about the planes with the new livery (so far 27.)

Someone can spot it?
