No Confirmation Email for Award Ticket
I booked an open-jaw award flight on LAN's website using my LANPass kilometers (AEP-FTE, USH-AEP) and using the workaround mentioned on the forum (to change one of the cities). The process seemed to work, and the final page said that I would receive an email confirmation/e-ticket once it was ticketed.
A few days passed, and I never got the email. I was, however, able to pull up an itinerary on Virtually There. It has a reservation code and a ticket number (beginning with 045), and the booking status is "OK TO FLY." Does that mean I'm set?
I just find it weird because I've flown on about 35 different airlines over the years, and I've always received some sort of email confirmation when I booked a flight. So I'm just a bit worried that something might be off from the workaround I used to book an open-jaw ticket or something.
Thanks!

Hi Mike. I doubt the two are related. No reports of problems, that I've heard. There have been Qs about being ticketed without an email.

It wouldn't be the first time in the history of the world that an email didn't make it to its intended recipient.
If you have a reservation and a ticket number, you are good to go.
Can you pull up your reservation on lan punto com? That will also have the ticket #.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone!
Yes, I can pull up the reservation on LAN's website. And I even got a confirmation email sent to me this morning (several days after booking). So I'm all set.
While I wouldn't usually be as concerned, I also had an issue with the website bringing up the seating chart and then crashing when I tried to save a seat assignment. So I just wanted to make sure that this wasn't a sign of anything seriously wrong.
Thanks again! I really appreciate your help.
