Anyone know how early you can check in for a domestic flight? My international flight arrives at midnight, my domestic flight leaves at 7am...can I enter the secure area with an online printed boarding pass to head straight for the Priority Pass or oneworld/LAN lounge (if there is one) on the domestic side around 1am to wait for my flight? or will I have to wait until 5am or so?

You can check-in T-48 hours and I recommend you do that and print your BP. Solves your question about printing it at the airport. Yes, you can enter secure area with it. The only lounge on domestic airside is the VIP, PP accessible or cash (no OneWorld accessible lounge on that side of the airport). It is open 24/7. In the past there was report of security being closed from about 2-3am, but I've asked recently and they say they are open 24/7 as well.

I don't think security really cares about the time of departure, at least that was my impression during my recent trip to Peru. The VIP lounge is pretty small, and can get crowded. We came in on a Saturday and there was barely any one there. We used it a few more times while travelling around the country and it was always crowded mid week.

From my personal experience, domestic flights in Peru are almost always coming from/to LIM. For example, Star Peru would not have direct flight from IQT to CUZ - at least not on their website. Calling the reservation center would always land you on a call center in Lima. By the way, most Star Peru agents do not speak English. Those who do speak English rather poorly. But they are very nice people. They'd try to help the best they can, despite the language barrier. I am wondering why Star Peru would be so insensitive to this language problem while they are trying to get money from from English-speaking countries!
