Bought 2 segments, got 3. Huh?

Yes I did call LAN about this but their US call centre seems to have a new call "tree" that sends you round the houses then cuts you off.

I booked BOG-CTG & CTG-BOG and got an email alert this morning from AwardWallet that one of my flights has changed.

I now have BOG-CTG, CTG-BOG & CTG-BOG (the later of the two being my booked flight

Shows up like this on LAN.com

So now I have a spare flight, LA3103 leaving at 18.05. Has this happened to anyone else? And if I don't take the 18.05 flight does that mean that "the rest of my itinerary" will be cancelled and I cannot return at 22.45?

Did you plug in the PNR on checkmytrip.com? If the res is OK there I'd say you are fine.

Good plan thanks

checkmytrip says the first CTG BOG flight is a time change and the later flight is not available

Looks like a visit to a LAN office is on the cards

Yes, had similar. They changed a flight and added the new flight but never deleted the first. It stayed that way forever, even when I was flying. It was like they neglected to clean up the file, but it made no difference.

Now LAN are refusing to refund me until after the date of the flight

And we all know what a sack of a$$ that will be trying to get a refund off of those scamming pricks

Today I am a LAN-hater
