Oneworld redemption questions

I have a few questions on using LANPASS kms to redeem Oneworld award tickets. I live in Asia so it seems the only way I redeem an award ticket is by calling the customer service.

1. Can I book Economy for outbound and Business for inbound? If it is allowed, how much kms does it cost, "kms for Economy + kms for Business" or "kms for Business*2"?

I know that Open Jaw is allowed. But I wonder if the followings are allowed:
2. PEK-LHR-CDG. One customer service told me this is not allowed, and she said "because the destination of segment 2 must be in the same country of the departure city of segment 1, and the departure city of segment 2 must be in the same country with the destination of segment 1". But I do hope other operators don't think the same way.
3. HKG-PVG and HKG-PEK.

Thanks in advance.

Update:
For question 2, today's agent told me an even stricter answer: double open jaw is not allowed, which means, (assume this flight exists) Manchester-Shanghai is not allowed for inbound.

Maybe you should ask in the OW forum, but probably the best thing to do would be to call LAN...although your questions are difficult ones which I am afraid most of their agents may not know much about.
