Voluntary Downgrade on Award Ticket
I'm looking at booking a roundtrip Bonus ticket on Air France, where Economy is the only available class in one direction.
If I take a voluntary downgrade now, will I be able to change without cost to Business if seats become available. If so, how would I do so?
