Multi city award to/from South Africa ?

Multi city award to/from South Africa ?
I'm new at this and hoping I can get guidance.
Is it possible to transfer my Ultimate Rewards points to Korean Air and book the following itinerary on an award ticket in the Main Cabin ?
LAX - AMS (3 nights) - CPT (2 weeks in South Africa) JNB - ROM (3 nights) - LAX
If I were paying cash it shows on Delta.com using earlier dates as my exact travel dates are not yet available. I'm trying to plan early so when the dates open I can snag an award seat. Unfortunately, I'll have little flexibility on travel dates.
Maybe a stopover each way PLUS open jaws isn't allowed?
