KE A380 to London
KE is uploading summer 2016 schedule one by one. Interesting updates are: JFK 1x380 1x748 (down from 2x380), LHR 1x380 (up from 1x77W).
748 goes SFO FRA and JFK. The night time JFK flight is affected in this change. I think there will be a total of 5 748 in summer 2016 season.
380 is planned on JFK 2xLAX ATL CDG LHR. 10 airplanes cannot do all these works. There will be further adjustment such as reducing 380 operation to 3/w, etc. ATL has most risk among the list, in my opinion.

Interesting that the newer 77W (with 2-2-2 in J) and the 748i are both nicer aircraft than A380, which has the standard Kosmo Suites and Prestige Sleepers.
Unless the bar area is a particularly important draw, one of those newer aircraft would be preferable to the A380, particularly in J where the difference to the older product is the most marked.

How are the loads for ATL A380? Can they actually support it every day these days? I mean, I know they are currently switching daily almost. I imagine winter is good because everyone's going to SE Asia for vacation?

With the A380 being introduced in March 2016, Korean will add significant capacity (both total and premium) on the non-stop ICN-LHR route. This might put some pricing pressure on its competitors Asiana and British Airways. http://www.experiencetheskies.com/ko...ndon-heathrow/

There is speculation about this on the AF forum. No source yet confirming it...
