Korean Air business class compared to Malaysia Air business class

Korean Air business class compared to Malaysia Air business class
Hi, I am looking to book one of the following flights from Tokyo to Kathmandu in business this coming April:
HND-ICN-KTM on KE 737-800 & 777-200 ($1555)
NRT-ICN-KTM on KE 777-300ER & 777-200 ($1556)
NRT-KUL-KTM on MH 777-200 & 737-800 ($1181)
NRT-KUL-KTM on MH A330-300 & 737-800 ($1181)
Has anyone flown both KE & MH Business? How do they compare (food, drinks, seats, lounges @ HND, NRT, ICN & KUL)? If KE is better, is it $400 better?

I've flown on KE 77W in business, and on MH 772 and A330 in business, similar flights KUL-PEK. The Korean business class seat is a bit better, more flat than the angle flat in MH business. Service is roughly the same on both but I personally prefer the food in MH business.
Have not flown MH 738 in business, only on economy and it has the new IFE with USB etc. I have flown business on KE 738 and it's a regular recliner seat with no in seat power, a bit annoying.
For the flights you're taking I don't think KE is $400 better. Both don't give amenity kits for regional service (boo!)
