Does KE have a "buy-up" upgrade program?

Hi Folks,

I am traveling in J on KE81 ICN-->JFK on 04.04. EF shows that there are upgrades to F available. I have no KE miles to use. Does KE offer a "buy-up" program for these upgrades?

TFD

PS: Apologies if this is a novice question - I couldn't find any recent threads on this...

They do offer to buy upgrades, but only with Skypass miles. 60-80,000.

No cash option at the gate like Delta or others do.The only option is to completely change your fare, they'll tell you.
