transit hotel requires guest to be in transit or not?

Hello my flight arrives at ICN airport around 11pm and I don't want to deal with the hassles to get taxi, airport shuttle, etc. as next morning, I am catching train from ICN to Busan with an understanding that I'll clear immigration and get my passport stamped.

So the real question is, once I arrive at 11pm, can I check in at the "transit" hotel in ICN for the night, then around 7/8am next morning clear immigration to enter Seoul? It's my destination on my flight. I am not sure if that's legal or not and whether the transit requires guests to be "transit with boarding pass" for security purposes? Hope to hear from you.

You cannot use the transit hotel inside the airport itself.

You can use the capsule hotel located in the train terminal building that is landside. The website is:

Does room versus room with shower mean that none of these rooms have en suite toilets?

From the pictures, it looks as if the toilet is a shared facility in the hall (kind of like how most capsule/tiny rooms would be in Japan). While Korea does use "wet bathrooms" where you shower over the toilet, I don't see one in those pictures.
